Bond, James Bond – by OPI
I was surprised to already find the OPI James Bond collection in the stores here in Denmark. I do not know when I expected it but suddenly it was there and when I ran by it I just had to have it. Nail polish made from pure gold? Yes, please.
The collection consists of 12 different colors – five of them reddish tones, one golden one, one made from pure glitter (love it and still tempted to go back and get this one as well), and five more in a range from silver-grey over blue to green.
But the standout piece has to be “color” number 13: The Man With The Golden Gun. It is an 18 karat gold polish, packaged in a special limited edition collectable gold bottle.
As I usually have problems picking some colors this time I sticked to the minis collection called “Skyfall”. For me collects some of the standout colors and I like that it comes in mini bottles as those I might actually finish at some point.
As you can see above the “Skyfall” mini collection consists of the colors GoldenEye (a lovely golden-glitter, which I think will be great around Christmas time), “The Spy Who Loved Me (an amazing bright tomato-red, which always goes if you want to go for a diva ladylike look), a cool silvery glitter color called “The World Is Not Enough” and last but not least a pale blue called “Live and Let Die”. I am looking forward especially to the first three colors (I am not too much of a blue nail polish kind of girl), but those I really love.
Swatches will follow. I did not have the time yet to actually put on new nail polish after last weekend and am not sure when I will find the time.
Which one is your favorite from this collection?
