Mulberry Tillie

Everyone who has been reading my blog for a while knows that I was and am in love with the Mulberry Alexa bag. And if someone would give it to me I would still gladly take it. But for going out to a party a smaller bag is maybe a bit more suitable. And the Tillie bag is the thing to have. I already saw some people walking around with it and it looks great and has exactly the right size. And for me the perfect color as well: I adore nice cognac tones for bags!

And I also absolutely love that they now got a bigger version of the bag as well!

If I would finally have a job I could maybe at some point afford one as well. Right now I am only living of what my parents give me and I hate it. It is not enough to life properly but way too much to die (German saying which cannot be properly translated into English “Zum Leben zu weniger, zum sterben zuviel”). Anyhow, I had a great job interview last Monday and I am still waiting for a response to some more applications. But the one last week went really great and it is a great company as well, so keep your fingers crossed for me!

Saturday Hygge

The boyfriend makes the BEST APPLE TART. EVER. I could live on that stuff (at least until I do not fit my clothes anymore).

Fastelavnsfredagsbar

Yesterday was the first “proper” Fridaybar of the semester. Two weeks ago was a joint one from some different faculties – but that is just not the same. Last week was the Polit Semesterstartsfest – great party, great people but also – not the same.

And this was my outfit:

Outfit

Boyfriend though it was funny how tall and how small I looked on some pictures.

Love the cats as details and the colour of the skirt - a nice nude pink.

Little details can have such a huge effect on simple shirts.

Random picture – I was amazed how long my hair had gotten.

shirt- H&M / skirt – Only Love Collection / skarf – Gina Tricot / leggins – Pieces / boots – Dope

Hope you enjoy.

Being Alive

Hey Sweeties,

I am so so very sorry for not writing in such a long time. I constantly felt super bad for neglecting my blog. But so much has happened in the two last weeks. I took my final exams in Germany. Some of those exams went well, and some did not. I got tickets for the re-exams booked already just in case, hehe :) So no worries. Always got my plan B, C, and D…

Then, last Thursday, it was the day of the days: I finally moved to Denmark! We got the rental at around 12 o’clock and started packing up all my stuff. Though I was neither able to fit my laundry hamper nor my bike into the car – I was able to take everything else with me after all. We waited for another 30 minutes until my friends Jule and Miri showerd up to see my off. I glad they made it!

Christoffer and I were able to leave at around 14:00 and made it to Denmark within less than 7 hours. Ever since I have been super busy running errands, heading to class, and cleaning up the apartment. I finally got done with almost everything today. I need another lamp shade for the living room (the one in green which I wanted was sold out when I went to IKEA the other day) and Christoffer has to hang up another lamp in the bed room. But my clothes are in the closet and the drawers, everything is clean and perfect! I also finally got registered and as soon as I get my CPR-card I can get my bank account. Then I am all set. I am also starting my Danish lessons next Monday. So posts will be in Danish from Tuesday on. Kidding.

Off to bed now.

No more waity, Katie

That is the name of the new Butter London nail polish, dedicated to Kate Middleton – the soon “princess-to-be”. I am not too fond of the colour but I love the name and the idea (at least it has a bit more taste than all the tablewear the Brits produced already) – I still think a nice nude or a pale pink would have suited way better. What do you think of it?
